The City of Tshwane
The capital of South African - the City of Tshwane - has been a user of CP3 since 2014. Tshwane has rebranded their version of CP3 and is calling it CAPS. CAPS played an important role in the city's MSCOA compliance as well as in the development of their Built Environment Performance Plan (BEPP).
The City of Ekurhuleni
The City of Ekurhuleni has been a user of CP3 since 2016. Ekurhuleni is a complex amalgamation of former, smaller municipalities. It is regarding among South Africa's largest metros. CP3 has played an integral role in the city's capital budgeting process, the development of its Built Environment Performance Plan and compliance and reporting with regard to its Capital Investment Areas (CIFs).
The South African National Roads Agency
Novus3 has been assisting SANRAL on a number of consultancy assignments.
Nathan Associates Inc
Novus3 supported Nathan Associates Inc. with a economic assessment of the road transport cost as part of the comparative transport cost study for the central and Dar es Salaam Corridors in East Africa.
Global Road Safety Partnership
Novus3 assisted the Global Road Safety Partnership by conducting a "Safe Roads to School" study at selected schools.
Development Bank of Southern Africa
Novus3 assisted the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) in the development of feasibility studies for selected logistics hubs. Novus3 was also on the DBSA panel of experts as part of their Cities support programme (CSP).
National Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs
Novus3 provide specialist support in developing various Capital Expenditure Frameworks for intermediate cities, utilising the power of the CP3 platform.
Novus3 developed a Capital Expenditure Framework which is the first step for the municipality towards accessing Integrated Urban Development Grant (IUDG) funding and addressing the state of integrated infrastructure investment - supported by CP3.
The City of Joburg
The "City of Gold" has been using CP3 since 2014. CP3 (known as "JSIP" in Joburg), is fulfilling an integral role in the city's capital management and budgeting process on an annual basis. Its responsive budgeting and reporting has been drawn upon during numerous council meetings.
Stellenbosch is the gem of the Western Cape. Not only is it a world renowned tourism destination famous for its sought-after and award winning wines, it is also home to some of the country's wealthiest individuals and also host a number of listed corporate head quarters. Stellenbosch has been relying on CP3 for its entire Capital Management Process from registering and prioritising their capital projects, to developing budgets and tracking its implementation. Stellenbosch has also been using the Budget Impact Simulator tool to make informed financial decisions regarding project financing and affordability.
The World Bank
Novus3 has been assisting the World Bank in Indonesia to host workshops and deliver papers on the merits, best practice and recommended methodologies with regard to capital investment planning.
Novus3 assists KBK Engineers as a specialist advisor on a number of their road design and routine road maintenance projects.
Novus3 provided specialised consultancy services to Plan Associates to find suitable land-use solutions in the Johannesburg "mining belt" areas.
Sol Plaatje Local Municipality
Novus3 has been appointed to compile the Sol Plaatje Capital Expenditure Framework in order to qualify for Integrated Urban Development Grant (IUDG) funding.
