Bewildering and confusing? Well, it shouldn’t be! As a small, energetic and growing company, Novus3 will not be spared when it comes to understanding and leveraging on the strengths and differences of our different generations. Every generation wants to know, “How will the company help me to achieve my goals?”.


An understanding of the dynamics of each generation, and an in-depth introspection and analysis of our own behaviour is the harbour from which we will set sail. The first and most important step in this journey, was to on-board the “Generation Index” assessment to create a healthy and multigenerational work environment.


Many companies are acknowledging the importance to include younger people in their workforce, yet few are succeeding to positively engage with younger people in their workforce, yet few are succeeding to positively engage with younger people, let alone ensuring that they stay with the company for an extended period of time.
